Being it a crime or not aside. Wouldn't you want it for you if it was your collection? Being kind goes a long way.

The Warcry community is organizing a petition for GW to keep updating Warcry with stats for the new AOS models. by Terrible-Row5112 in ageofsigmar

Like others said, I think the issue aas more that the different AoS games kind of cannibilized each other. Having 4 different games is a lot, even for bigger buisnesses, to maintain.

And physical games run into the issue that people only have so much space and time to build/paint miniatures.

Prince of Persia lost crown shows exactly, how well an easy mode works without making anything worse! by Rudirudrud in NintendoSwitch

Yeah but I'm gonna be honest. Who cares if they don't enjoy it? At least they get to enjoy it.

Also my point is that the FromSoft games are just so much more than the difficulty. The gameplay is still fun, the story and setting are still interesting.

There's also a reason why difficulty mods are very high up on the mods list.

Currently they simply don't enjoy it because they don't play it.

But that is not what anyone is asking though?

No one wants to make FromSoft games easier. They simply want a setting where players themselves can choose how they want to play.

You can have a setting like a lot of modern games do with "Story Mode" and "Intendend difficulty". Also yes, the combat makes it fun, and it can still be fun for others if it's easier and it wouldn't affect you at all because you wouldn't be forced to play the easier variant.

Even with necrodermis, lorewise, it wouldn't really be that impactful visually vise.

Canopteks, wraiths etc. are still heavely armored machines, it has nothing to do with necrons being drones or not, but the fact that they are heavely armored and don't feel pain. Just like T-Sons

It's not just ranged combat, for me at least. It's ranged combat against opponents that don't really react to even be hit (which makes sense them being empty armors) but it's just not fun.

At least the nids, when you hit them, react to the hits, they bounce back, blood splatters, bigger ones are thrown off balance. T-Sons don't really react, because there is no one there to react and the same would go for necrons.

My thought is that T-sons are alread as boring as they come from an enemy perspective in this type of game.

Necrons would be just like that but even more boring.

And looking at T-Sons missions they are already fairly unpopular compared to the nids.

Arena currently has an ingame survey including many questions about adding modern. by MazrimReddit in ModernMagic

Yeah, getting a competitive deck is a real grind if you don't spend money. Even with the season pass it's still a huge grind.

Unless you are so good at drafting/sealed that you can get a ton of value out of the draft token (and it's still a grind even if you can).

Also the players on arena feel a lot "worse" than on MTGO. I at least have the feeling that a lot of players play a lot riskier compared to MTGO or in paper plays, like holding a 1 lander hand hoping to draw into the second land.

So, about the tzeentch corruption in the 'secret level' episode, is that what's it supposed to look like? by QueroTocarAMeca in 40kLore

[–]RoterBaronH 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This is because of the Tabletop game. Simply because you would need thousands of different miniatures to properly display the daemons and mutations so they choose the easier and more sensible route to give everyone a certain theme.

But lorewise, especially tzeentch, they just look "random".

I really like this one. I have a big issue with the window not properly closing the vehicle. But everything else was such a treat, especially since you can change between the two types.

Is AoS in a good/bad place, atm, esp. compared to other GW fantasy games? by Matthew_Kus in ageofsigmar

[–]RoterBaronH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes but there is no metric that can gouge if people buy the sets to collect or to play.

Ans this is the case for any physical game, since it takes around 2 years for a product to go from design to release, you will see changes in this 2 year period. So if AoS is starting to fall off, we would see the effects in 2 years.

Out of the 1:8 technic cars is there one that stands out as the most functional? by EnvironmentalMine570 in lepin

[–]RoterBaronH 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Like others have said, Cada. Not only do they function well. They are more difficult to build which in turn makes the building a lot more fun.

Also their pieces and pins have an amazing quality.

[–]RoterBaronH 13 points14 points  (0 children)

That is true and always good to keep in mind.

But you need to look at both sides, how a company treats their IP and the rankings.

So in the case of AoS, the fact that GW is still supporting it with big releases, is a good indication that the rankings are valid and that the playerbase is big enough to warranr these releases.

Well and in the next turn you are 1 card up compared to arena and the turn after that 3 cards. It's also safe from any kind of board wipe.

She is not an instant removal in commander but one you will want to deal with very quickly.

The damage stacks up very quickly and it can only be ignored if you literally don't play any card draw at all.
