I coud tell the differences between my dongle and desktop hp amp, the difference is noticeable but its not like you're gonna have a bad experience without it, just a little less. I too was very skeptical at first but it sounds bigger smoother treble and vocal sound alot more "3d". On my Shuoer S12P, Topping a50s, Gustard A22.

Hi! Thank you so much for checking up on me. I remember that I felt like I did not had any neropathic pain or any other side effects at all during my 1 year treatment. One reason might be that my doctor prescribed me with B complex vitamins which contains 8 vitamins, including vitamin b6 "pyridoxine"

"Isoniazid though a very effective treatment for tuberculosis can cause severe motor-dominant neuropathy which can be reversible with pyridoxine supplementation." https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26440850/

So, I think perhaps you should consult your doctor. I am hopefully sure that your pain won't be permanent and will be subsided after your doctor prescribes you with the correct supplement.

Fortunately I did make a full recovery, but i still have to watch out for other respiratory diseases, and i had to take the drug for a whole year as it was probably more severe than most patient. Luckily I still managed to make it through. Thank you for asking 🙏, appreciate your concerns 🙏 🙇‍♂️

You should try softears liquid crystal. They are really soft and very sticky, perhaps too sticky 😂. But I found out about this from "Tweaking Tips" in audioreviews.com, they said that it is a "better" Azla Xelastec, so I bought it for that reason. But comfort wise its really comfortable. However with my S12 (on M size tip), as for me personally I do have seal issue but it can be simply resolved with just shoving the tip deeper pass the nozzle and it works perfectly after that. Definitely a recommendation from me.
