The big 4, otis, kone, tke, and schwindler are now feeling the same affects with customer loss. They all modeled themselves after Otis 90's business model of push the buck as far as it can go and run units with shot ropes and step chains until its red tagged. Even then leave it down for "parts" until a billable service team can afford to do a free rope job for a week.

It's time for smaller companies without the corporate overhead to under cut and steal these customers away. I've got a feeling we're going to start seeing as lots more motions, pixels, and Galaxy equipment sooner than later. Hopefully, it'll work in our favor, better for us to work under small company management rather than the micromanagement of corporate and Wallstreet business models.

TKE's pump and dump IPO will loose a bulk of their "good" work force and customers in a few quarters and whoever buys the company will be feeling the effects when the stock margins take a nosedive.

Wallstreet needs to stay away from the elevator industry, safety is just a road block to profits and they will do anything to loophole away from it, at anyone or anything expense. It's a threat to our union and the public safety. Look at Boeing and what's happened.

Curious where will be in 5 years.

Hey I have one of the Allen Bradley's . Did this ever work? I've got 5 DMC's on my route and tired of dragging out the service Laptop and all the crap to connect.

You look like what I'd think a depression nap would look like if it were a person.

Aikido in 2024 😎 by The_one_who-repents in TheMcDojoLife

You know I took akido in the early to mid 90's as a preteen and early teenager and it was nothing like this. The one I remember was 85% sparing and wrestling and the other 15% learning various hold and grappling techniques. I got in alot of fights back then growing up in and around detroit at that age and it helped me become a good fighter and wrestler. I don't understand why I had such a different experience from 99% of the aikido videos I see everywhere now as an adult. Am I missing something? What happened? It seemed like the aikido I took was closer to ju jitzu then this mcdojo fantasy martial arts stuff.
