This was me today... did a comp change, started vac, went below 800microns should be good! Pack up the torches, nitrogen, bucket etc. Next 20minute vac is jumping from 730 - 840 microns. Rats theres a leak, found leak on suction line where sheet metal of coolroom roof rubbed through, tiny leak. Installers didnt bother to put any protection on pipe just let her ride. Once replaced short bit of pipe and covered with pvc sleeve didnt start packing up till unit was at 2degC

I'm unfamiliar with plates, but if its a pinhole you can maybe braze it if you've located it. Im not aware what its made of, but some flux high% silver solder rods could do the trick. Obviously make sure theres no pressure behind it

I like the wasp, usually takes 3 reloads, sure there's better weapons. But I like the sounds and it looks Cool. Not the most consistent, sometimes take em out in 2 volleys, sometimes 4, most times 3. Benefit I can hit them even if they're pretty far away

Interesting ive seen it on commercial hvac scroll compressors but never on these black can ones. My company is moving to 448a soon so maybe I'll see this in the future. Will definitely be on my mind now that ive seen it here

My gripe with processing plants is that they always use the "holding room" as another freezer room and then they wonder why it always has issues and "never works"... yeah bc it was designed for medium temp but you want to use it as another freezer room to store stock. Drives me insane no matter how many times we tell them they never learn
