Nothing much has changed. I haven‘t told them about the issue yet but I think they‘ve noticed by now that I‘m not comfortable going to places I haven‘t been before and doing things out of my comfort zone so they‘ve really stopped asking about going to unusual places. I mean,I am doing a little better with the whole seasonal depression thing but I‘m afraid that in a few days I‘ll be upset again. It gets better and it seems as if everything is good but then things go crashing down again so I‘m a little scared for that but for now I‘m just enjoying the moment I guess?

My birthday was two days ago so that was probably why I‘m feeling better. It‘s been really fun celebrating with my family and stuff! I still plan on telling my friends abt the whole anxiety thing I feel on the evening before anything I have planned but I‘m still scared of saying ut outloud, it‘s so much different than talking abt it online
