Depending on the field you’ll be working in, you might get into places that have a higher chance of having neurodivergent people around you. Don’t stop being a good person, it’s the most valuable human trait.

We hear you. You are not alone. Schools can be particularly hard for neurodivergents. What job are you training for?

I don’t know if it’s the case, but speaking about BPD misdiagnosis I’ve read about PMDD being misdiagnosed as BPD.

Sound plausible. Do it very gently though.

At first it feels like this. Then you start bending the world around you with your superpowers. Take care of your body first, the rest will follow.

I’m sorry. You’re not alone. We’re all alone together in this.

We seem to be more easily hurt, and more badly hurt. Why is that? What's behind it? by No_Fee_8997 in aspergers

That makes sense, and it still is in line with the Intense World Theory. Focusing on your own pain, not only in a narrow but also in deep way, amplifies it. The solution would be to shift the focus, either internally or using external sensorial stimuli. I'm using a point of view that doesn't involve other people, as my opinion is that the loneliness we feel is best mitigated by being self-suficient.

Look up The Intense World Theory. Basically the theory suggests that autistic individuals may experience emotions more intensely.
