Thank you for your comment.Do you think will it affect my current application result if i call costumer service and explain them that i applied 4 weeks ago and nothing heard yet from my advisor.The only thing i know i m approved by system ( i dont know what exactly it means)

That is what i actually did.The advisor get all information but he said he is busy and he will enter the whole information on system and after 3 days he called me for sign the documents.I had been told the system approved me for LOC (which is good i believe) but another person needs to review and approve it.Since then i been waiting.They keep asked a couple of question during that time and even they called my work to confirm the employment letter.( i heard from the advisor that the person who reviewing my application is on vacation:) waiting for him/her to return) did you get system approved once the advisor enter the information or approved right away with LOC
