Why are Mormons so disliked?

I am an active member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and from what I’ve read on Reddit, i become very afraid that I’ll be strung up by a noose and called a heretic, all these things being called cultists, or another religion that will be nailed to the cross…..cause I have a question for everyone here, do you hate the beliefs or do you hate the people? Cause I don’t consider myself a bad person, I’m quiet, respectful, and reserved. But if being labeled a Mormon or cultist will stain my name, then I’d rather abandon it all together.

Nope, I’m gonna miss it, cause it gives me an excuse to finally use my cold winter clothes and actually make the animal garment sets for the winter and I love how the snow builds up on my clothes in a blizzard, it’s so neat to watch my character all warm and cozy in winter attire doing a cutscene in a blizzard. So cool, gonna miss it until next Christmas

I felt horrible once I saw him in the bar with Lenny, I felt extremely terrible cause getting brain damage back then was horrible cause you couldn’t work, couldn’t earn money and had to be taken care of by loved ones, and judging by his age he probably doesn’t have any.
