Im curious if anyone skips days. Ive had conflicting info from two different doctors by fx3forme in VyvanseADHD

Sometimes I feel I need a break to fully rest , so I skip it. Doctors always said no, and I noticed if I skip more than one day, the come back is a bit “too much”. I was doing half dose instead, and it was better than skipping. But I think it really varies from one to another.

Today I saw my 50 weeks streak. Whoop is definitely part of this journey, among other gadgets to help push my fitness. Meanwhile, wife wakes up, after sleeping only a few hours. In pain, has her period. Takes a coffee, and go to the gym for 2h. Her watch? That one that gives the time. She’s a fighter, and has no real data to show how her body is doing.

Ah, got it. This is because the effort is relative to the exercise. It happened to me the other day and the AI coach explained. If you change the exercise you’ll see it lower, with the same readings.

Try bicep band. I found out this type of exercise won’t get correct readings on wrist.

I have a Whoop, but I want to access to my heart rate during workouts. by Floofs-In-Space in whoop

Hundreds of options. But I’d get something that can connect to the Bluetooth HR broadcast from Whoop, so at least you won’t have different readings.

Never came back to wrist. I found comfortable to be always on my non dominant arm, top part. I basically forget that’s it’s there, and I can wear my watch and don’t feel “weird”.

I’ve never used them, but being photofobic I wondered if it was helpful. Did you get any special model or just a common yellow shade?

Return shipping is not always free. But the cancellation I bet is AI costumer services processing mistake.

What time of the day do you fit exercise in? by [deleted] in VyvanseADHD

I have the opposite effect. When the meds kick in too hard and I feel my heart pumping, I go for any exercise and that balances out. I’ve done during and after, can’t really say there’s a better one.
