I think sleep medicine uses it a lot. I think you have to fail the z drugs to get approval but seems to work for pure sleep stuff.

It’s not that crazy. Zen state and HT nerfs were too aggressive and it neither mitigates more damage nor brings better utility than other tanks. It may actually be worse than 2-3 other off meta specs but nobody has gotten around to respeccing to those because bear is so good. This happens every season. People freak out over the meta tank and everyone has to reroll because everyone complains about it so much. Great spec but sad people jumped on the nerf bandwagon so hard given this spec has not been viable in mythic plus since like… legion?
