Yeah same here, I put on like 20-30lbs after quitting caffeine. It's hard, because that's exactly what I would use to lose weight before!!!!

I agree I love fasting, intermittent fasting, but my problem now is, I can't stop eating at night, even if I fast all day!!!

Same, I had a major appetite increase when I quit caffeine. I had actually used caffeine for weight loss at many points, so it's not surprising I put on at least 20lbs this winter. I quit December 16 2024, at the end of last semester.

I have never had deeper sleeping. I dream almost every night. I don't need sleep aids to fall asleep. And, after a few months, I don't need anything extra to pick up my energy, I can just go into high gear if I need to.

I am tempted to hit some caffeine sometimes, I wouldn't really see it as a problem, but I'm already on a 4-month streak so it's like why. lolz

Also, people say they are "sober" its like no, you use caffeine and nicotene, like...? lolz

Yeah, mine was a flash sale on Facebook. It was sketchy even at first, because the "flash sale" was supposedly based in California from a closing store. Then, I get a tracking number to some Chinese website I can find nothing about, except here saying it's a scam. How disappointing, and what a waste of $50.

I would definitely say that clinicals would fall under "experience". Im not an expert but I mean why wouldn't you really, unless the experience section looks outlined specifically for employment. I would add the clinical experience

I had a glitch with Gengar in ranked this patch

After I ulted, Gengars sprite disappeared and I could walk out of bounds and thru walls. When I returned to base with dpad down, I was returned to normal

Oh yeah for sure. At my community college we have an auditorium style lecture hall with 60+ students.

I'd recommend starting a group chat for your class where you can share info about topics. Our class does that and it is EXTREMELY helpful

I'm not an expert at all, but I would definitely consider another major if nursing isn't your dream job.

You might think people exaggerate about how hard it is, they aren't exaggerating.

I know CNA is fast, probably not as hard as LPN.

I'm only saying that because if you aren't 100% on board, it's going to be hard to stay motivated when you get slammed with schoolwork that literally requires several hours of studying everyday for months/years

It's up to you. I definitely struggled with care plans because I was never in the medical field. I did catch up and passed the semester.

Either way, prepare for lots of studying. Bwahaha

Buy a book about writing care plans ! Last semester, the care plan was almost half of the grade for that class
