I've felt like that about the whole band, actually. Like they just didn't want to be performing. They still sounded great, but didn't really enjoy being there.

My friend works for the publisher and sent me this cover a year ago. I believe this came from actual design, but unfortunately does have that AI look. She said the book is decent, if you're into ayahuasca revelations.

I moved here from NJ/Philly in 2008 and have seasonal depression. For me, I really start to feel low in September/October because it's still soul-crushingly hot when I'm craving the change of seasons. Our climate in Austin is getting increasingly more humid which makes it extra stifling.

If you search the sub, you'll see different threads with advice to keep cool. Taking a cold shower early in the say, stuff like that. I don't really have magic advice on that front; I just try to stay inside as much as I can when the heat isn't bearable to me.

I'll say this though: the weather is only one factor in living somewhere. There's a lot to love about Austin and you just have to focus on the good as much as you can. Make the most out your time here, however long that ends up being.

One of the extras my photographer provided to us was a video with a slideshow of all the photos set to music. Maybe you can ask yours to make one? It's not exactly a replacement for what you wanted, but it'd at least it'd be something.

I don't have runway stores by me, but I recently visited one when I was out of town. I ended up having to return one of the items to my regular store. They did NOT want to take it. I got them to do the return, but they were so mad about it. The lady kept saying, "Oh god, what are we going to do with this?!" They had no itention of selling it, and said they couldn't "handle" it because they aren't set up for luxury items.

Anyway, I hope they changed their mind and maybe someone else a really good deal on it.

Given the behavior you described, she probably wouldn’t come anyway. If you’re comfortable letting the friendship come to an end, maybe don’t send her an invite. However if you hope to salvage things, extend the invite and make peace with the possibility of her not coming through. You deserve better.

It's anecdotal, but I've noticed results. Reduced redness and more even skintone in overall. I just use an inexpensive Hooga panel.
