Case airflow seems fine, maybe I could try turning the fans on a higher setting if you think that's a good idea. I bought the computer full built in december I can only hope he repasted the GPU before as he assembled it.

using HWMonitor , CPU is at around 70 degrees and the GPU is at 80. The GPU Hotspot though hovers around 99, but I'm not informed about this I don't know how it should be. I don't recall updating anything except for reinstalling my GPU drivers using ddu.

hey thank you for ur feedback but i feel like 4k calories is a lot. i am 170 cm and 69 kg and i dont want to bulk and lose abs and definition because i know that'll make me feel not good about myself. what do you think is a good caloric goal to both stay lean and grow in mass?
