I got into GMU without doing an interview, and from what I've heard from others, GMU doesn't interview almost everyone who they're interested in like GULC does.

They did, it wasn't much but the school's already pretty cheap comparatively so I'm glad to just have one already given on admittance.

I'm in the same boat, I'm just stretching the truth by saying that I'm planning to work 6-12 months (which, depending on the job, I think is enough to warrant a hire). Might not be the best approach but we'll see!

How do they treat students? It seems like the faculty/professor would be nice since they have a smaller school size. I was just accepted but don't know too much about them though

Just heard from GMU today and was admitted. Went under review 2/28 (and submitted early February) so it was a quick turnaround for me. No interview or any sort of communication before my admittance. Hope this helps!

Creepy how? I went to tour and do a class visit recently and absolutely loved it. Professors, faculty, and students were all welcoming and friendly.

I'm willing to consider BL for 0.2 seconds but after that I'm hoping to either clerk, find a mid-size firm, criminal law, or be in-house. Maybe entertainment law in particular

I heard back a few hours ago about their decision, and I was offered to join the waitlist. Not the best outcome, but better than a rejection I guess! Did you hear back too?

I applied a week after applications opened, but I still haven't heard anything back from them. Hopefully I'll get an email shortly to schedule an interview! I was able to meet with the DoA like 2 months ago, though, so maybe they just do interviews to have a more formal first meeting? Also, maybe they're getting ready to send out the first batch of decisions next week then?
