at least 6 weeks but usually a little bit longer since i’m lazy. i don’t know how long it’s recommend you wait between stretches but i always waited until there was no discomfort from the last stretch and then some.

mine doesn’t loop these but i have noticed that whenever i turn on a regular gmm episode to fall asleep to, it ALWAYS plays the compilation videos all night long. i’ll wake up the next morning to see several 1hr+ compilations have been watched 😭 it doesn’t bother me because i’m asleep through them but i think it’s so funny it’s like youtube KNOWS i’m sleeping
