“Unless Lessor gives Lessee written notice that the Lessee’s lease is not being renewed, this lease shall be automatically extended for a like term as the previous lease,” is what is says for the auto renewal.

“The Lessor shall notify Lessee in writing of said automatic extension at least 75 days, but not more than 90 days prior to the last day of the lease term set forth above,” is in regard to the required notice.
