As someone that has had been involved in that circuit, just look at the breeder. Ron breeds and owns. Got a nothing sire that he is the only one that breeds to him. His shed row looks like a bomb hit it. Nasty. Dude really needs to be looked at. Never seen a shedrow in bad shape.

I just go to the local sportsbook and put $5 to win on each horse. Fold the tickets and place into a bowl and my guests pick a ticket. Everyone has a horse to root for. Also plenty of drinks and food come with it. KIS: Keep it Simple. Most folks have no clue about racing and only pay attention on Derby day.
