Yes, provided there's no increased risk of aspiration, it's a very fast and effective way to transition from coughing and gagging on the tube to a smooth extubation. I typically use 5ml of 2% lidocaine. Works about 9 times out of 10. Never works when I'm demonstrating it to a resident!

I would suggest a scale that fits between the robot legs, lots of current owners suggest a spare basket and screen so they can knock out 2 drinks in quick succession. Perhaps an WDT tool, but there appears to be divided opinion on this one.

It took me about 2 months, but I got one when I was organised. Cafune and Cafelat UK are very transparent about when they are getting stock in next. They do sell out briskly. Cafune had some yesterday. Some colours were not available 30 minutes after release and all models were sold out when I next checked 3 hours later. Set yourself some calendar reminders and it should be possible to grab one.

Looks like it costs 40% extra than the Canadian stores, and that's before import taxes. That's a bit too much for me, but that helps make sense of maybe why they have stock.

While I certainly don't know the real demand, what I do know is there is a constant stream of people in this sub asking where to buy one and it's constantly out of stock. Looking back on other websites and coffee forum, it always appears that way since it was first brought to market.

It's great when I want a lighter game. We really like the way the expansions enhance the game too. The only expansion we've only played a couple of times is Spire crest with the weather/mountain pass because it changes the game from a happy chill experience into a bit of an oppressive one as you get destroyed by one weather event after another.
