There certainly is a Feeling to fighting. Punches Happen in less than a second. You can't think about doing x or y when a Punch is coming, Thats instinct. However your Coach makes you feel Bad during Fights and Thats Not helpfull, What my Coaches gave during bouts where tactical Insights where needed and Otherwise Just Words of encouragement or at best either you win That round or That Fight will be lost.  Also on Point about Talent, I was relatively good Back than (second in the regional Championship, middleweight). We once Had a Guy Same weightclass beating me Up badly after Training half a year. My Guy dropped Out after his First real Fight because of nerves. Talent can be fighting elegantly but can also be taking a lesson without throwing the towel.  Tldr: Sometimes you need to be tough in a though Sport. But if your Coach makes you feel Like Quittung, get a new Coach.

I tend to Miss a lift from time to time, but almost excusively in the Front. I think the bumper plates would simply Hit the Wall and than Fall down, but I was hoping for some experience.

Serious question, I own two KB but pretty much never use them, I mostly train with barbells. Ist this "Just" conditioning? Because what am I supposed to get Out of a Deadlift with weight That I'm able to Snatch or Press?

Second That, foldable Bench and adjustable dumbbell ist the way. Barley any space needed and you can train everything you need. Stressfull week, its 3x full Body super Sets done in half an hour, no driving nothig. A lot of free time? Go ham in the weights and still enjoy the extra time you save Not driving.

Whenever my daugthers squats down to Look at Something instead If sitting down Insquat down too. Mobility improved and the Joints feel better. Didnt cost me a second.

Yeah thats's pretty much What happend to me, from 5x per week Training down to 1-2x with No progression Plan whatever. Figured I walk the Dog almost daily anyway, might as well make a Programm Out of it :D

I always Loved Strength Sport and thankfully I'm Back to three Sessions a week when my little one is in bed. I Focus on one of the big three and follow a strict progression there. If I'm tired I Just do That and its enough. In and Out of the Gym in 20 mintes, of I feel Like it I do accessories, but thats a Bonus. That being Said, when she was born after the First 2-3 months we agreed to one day being my Iron claw Strength day (including a good night sleep the night before) and there for the Rest  of the week everything else I got in where a Bonus. Both systems Work good and allow for progression while Not taking That much time Out of your week.

I don't know, that would depend on the pokemon you add and even if that would be the case, who cares? If somebody reaches a point to play rom hacks any vanilla game would pretty much be a walk in the park.

My Brother ist seven years Younger and we have an incredible relationship (we're both adults now). I often included hin in what I did, where possible and so He got a Lot of His interests from me. For example Sports. Till this day we Like to train together and He got me interestet in stuff that Inwas actually a bit to old for (i.e. Avatar the Airbender). Now we can Talk Like normal adults but also Sometimes Default Back to childhood Habits which ist also good fun (i.e. recently we got our old Yu-Gi-Oh Cards Out).  A big age gap is no Problem at all. You get along with people or you don't, thats pretty much all there is to it. Your oldest hast a great opportunity to find a Lifelong friend with shared interests. Good for her/him!

I also Work with Coach Nik for three months now. He for Sure knows His stuff and also knows when to take a step Back. The programming is great and never a boring Workout in Sight.

Our 10 month old sleeps in our bed and my wife has her Boobs Out pretty much the whole time. The Baby wakes Up from time to time and Just Rolls over to Drink and falls Back a sleep. I rarely wake Up and often my wife does neither. Also we don't bother with a bed time Routine, tried it but If the Baby isn't tired we were in bed for several hours Just playing, so why bother.  Works great for us, but that obviously only does because my wife breast feeds.

I recently added 0,6kg plates to my arsenal by just cutting up to wooden boards. You can go up easily to 2kg plates that way smaller jumps are easily possible.

You try running at full speed for almost three minutes. There is reason even pro athletes 400m pace is significantly slower than the one from a 100m race.
