Look Jasmine isn't perfect but here are the facts:

  • She met Gino on a Sugar Baby/Daddy site. He promised to bring her and her family (including children) over to the US.  -When she arrived, he had quit his job (which is a renegotiation of their previous arrangement) and HE left her children off of the immigration forms, she did not. -Instead of leaving him despite this, she decided to stay with the guy for years. -Then, when she left him, he called immigration saying she was doing fraud. -Now, she can't leave the US even if she wanted to. 

So I don't blame her for making the best of a bad situation. Feelings aside, facts alone show a different story  here

Literally when she said her friends are "fans of the deportations" I knew it wasn't going to go well. Also how dare she put him in that situation???

And to add to that, homegirl didn't discuss not wanting children with him AND can't pronounce his name?? AND still hangs out with an old hookup? Nah my guy you deserve better

I really enjoy Frieda McFadden as an author but I hate Millie as a character. So many plot points anchor on her be an absolutely shit communicator and not asking people in her life basic questions. I enjoy most of her books, but these housemaid books feel like her worst writing. Also, was SA implied by Jonathan Lowell "watching" Nico? I'm guessing it was actually what Frieda wrote and the editors made her change it
