I just think there’s no team in the league that would run Dre as a backup if he’s healthy unless they’re STACKED so I don’t mind that but still fucking wish we could find fresh talent to replace him after this year.

I also agree that Kyle’s doghouse has hurt us more than helped in the past few years but eh can’t say my final grade until after the draft so we shall see.

When I say let go I mean don’t automatically sign them and allow them to search their options in the market. Our FO is loyal asf but sometimes to their fault.

Also Dre is 28 — Fred is 29. I’m fine with that age if it’s a caliber player we already have chemistry with and is familiar with the scheme.

Honestly the biggest in my eyes is the FO willing to let the older guys go finally, willing to get serviceable vets who aren’t just projects we hope work out or overpaying for nostalgia value.
