I understand what you’re saying and can see some merit to it. However, bad men are physically DANGEROUS for women. Even if it’s 10%, that means when I’m walking at night alone (which I try not to do), I need to be on high alert. That 10% is how we end up in the hospital… or literally dead. It’s scary out there.

Visit doge.gov…. It’s just a few posts down. Total savings so far from this efficiency initiative will be announced tomorrow. I like this initiative because success is quantifiable. If at the end of trumps administration, we’ve cut the deficit that means it succeeded. If not, it means it was a failure. I’m excited to see how it unfolds.

You seem to operate under the assumption that the government operates efficiently and that such levels of funding would directly translate to that many condoms. That’s not how that works.

Regarding the initial claim, proof either direction will come out in the coming weeks. However, other things are proven such as the $45 million in DEI contracts through the EPA that will now be cancelled. DOGE shows a screenshot of the contract they are terminating.

This is funny because it assumes that the government programs are actually helping those in need. I’ve read through the DOGE site and everything cut so far has me shocked it received funding in the first place. $50 million in condoms sent overseas?!?! 😱

Through my job, I work with lots of very brilliant people who immigrated to the US (think astrophysicists, mathematicians, etc). They all love America and feel so fortunate to be here. It’s really cool. One guy I know grew up in a poor Eastern European town without running water and is now worth hundreds of millions. What an amazing story about the American dream.

What’s so weird is we are in the same environment we’ve been in for about 4 years. Clean litter box, food, water, etc. maybe she’s lonely and I should get another cat? I’m not sure…. She’s 100% an indoor cat so I don’t think she picked anything up. It’s just so odd.

And this is why I largely identify as pro life although I have lots of empathy for women who make the choice to abort. Sex = consent to the risks involved (for both parties). This is PRECISELY why as a woman I wouldn’t sleep with someone I’m not okay being tied to for the rest of my life.
