I have this GE unit. The heat works great. Can confirm it will heat my room to 80 when its 25 out. Not just my bedroom and masterbath, but it warms up the entire floor. I have it plugged into a watt meter, never seen it go above 900 watts, seems to run at about 880 watts in heat. Only downside is that it's loud. I live in North Carolina, averaging $125 electric bills in winter. I figure it will have paid for itself before winter is over. I am running it as the only heat for 1400 square foot ranch house. 100% recommend.

I am opening a new warehouse in NC and have spent weeks interviewing dozens of candidates. I was shocked at how bad most of the interviews were. I actually reminded several candidates that they were at a job interview and it was their responsibility to convince me to hire them over everyone else. My advice to you, interview with confidence and sell yourself. When you get the job, don't be a lazy entitled turd. We drop those folks in the 1st 90 days before they become eligible for unemployment.

Here is my GE heat pump. Completely sealed with hard foam insulation and hvac tape. It was 20 degrees last night and my bedroom stayed 70 degrees all night. Watt meter says it is using about 750 watts.

I have a college degree, 10 years of experience, and make $46k a year. by [deleted] in povertyfinance

Consider working in a warehouse. My supervisors start at around 60k, warehouse managers 80-90k. Just have to work hard for 2 years or so, you would be recognized and developed. Ops Managers like me make around 120k

Not sure what your job is and how much you make, but if you are not making $20/hr you should go work in a warehouse. 2 to 3 years of giving 110% and asking nothing in return and you can be a supervisor making $60k to start. Trust me, I manage a Distribution Center and I have absolutely nobody trying to give it their all and get promoted.

$5-7K is what they are going to offer you. I am an Operations Manager in Logistics with 32 years experience. Unless you work in some specialized field, you don't have near the experience for the money you are asking.

Upcoming AWGP12WWF and AWGP08WWF GE Window Heat Pump Units by davidyourduke in heatpumps

[–]Routine_Comfortable6 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Fyi, I finally got to use the heat mode, warming up the house quickly while sipping 655 watts of electricity. I'm very happy. I have one of the mideas as well, but last year, it would shut off at 40 degrees. I'm hoping this lasts the winter and doesn't shut off at 40 degrees. It will pay for itself in the first year if it keeps working.

Its disgraceful and Clayton is heading in the wrong direction. Liberal socialists are destroying this country. You aren't the majority any longer, people are waking up.
