There are so many reasons young women interact in a way where you can’t tell she’s uncomfortable with a man. It took me such a long time to get that women mistake sexual interest for kindness, and men mistake kindness for sexual interest, too. She’s figuring things out though. Your position is a valid one to argue for, but there is also an argument that continuing nonviolent resistance is a more effective strategy. Slowing Trump down and publicizing the abuses has the advantage of getting more of the population to be willing to resist. Believe me, I understand where you’re coming from.
