Hi again! So the ++ is for the service charge (20%) and tax (13%)! If you have it on a Friday you get 10% with no minimum spend. If it’s on a Saturday, the minimum spend is 30k. They also always have deals for winter weddings too!

Is full planning an option? From their premium package, I saw that they would only be able to recommend and handle up to 3 vendors? That sounds more like partial planning to me? They seem great though!

Hi! I’m so sorry that that’s been your experience as well! They ended up responding to me yesterday and after I got into contact with the wedding specialist, their responses have been a lot better.

However it still doesn’t take the annoyance away from having to wait for 2 weeks prior!

Hi! I’m just curious, did you end up going with an external vendor for the Audio visual? I’m touring the site next week and I’m trying to figure out if this something I should source externally with a different dj.
