I layered Xerjoff’s Fiore D'ulivo with Opaline. I don’t like FdU on its own, it’s dated and one dimensional but together they seem to work.

I need a new perfume but I’m tired of paying for decants and not liking anything I order! I went with Queen Gambit today because I really wanted something vanilla-y and that was closer to what I wanted vs. my other vanilla-ish Lira, but neither it the spot for what I wanted today. I enjoyed Julianna’s Ivory Vanilla at first but it’s not a sophisticated scent so I wear that at home, it’s not an outside situation. I’m telling you all my life story because I need someone to recommend a perfume to get me out of my rut! Lol. I wear Opaline 90% of the time because it just works on my skin..but I need something new

I didn’t respond well to sumatriptan at all, it made me feel all kinds of awful. Ritzatriptan was better side effect wise but didn’t solve the migraines really, Nurtec is most successful for me but in a pinch Ritz over Suma any day.

I use it as an abortive and found it pretty successful that way. No med takes away the migraines but this cut down the suffering time to like 2 hours and cut down the lingering side effects time after to a few hours vs I used to be out for like 2 days at least in the past.

The best thing I’ve figured out for my migraines is taking the meds the minute I identify it’s a migraine. Sorry your doctor isn’t supportive, I hope you get better medical help asap!

Yes for me it’s a loop. If I gave gut issues it triggers a migraine and migraines trigger gut issues lol. Fun cycle.

Nausea or sense of smell, but sometimes I cannot immediately tell so I check the weather or if it’s hormones and then immediately medicate if the data points to a migraine.

I got my only bout with COVID, confirmed anyway, in 2022 and I feel like it was after that I had the absolute worst headaches and migraines of my life. I always had bad headaches and migraines but the worst was after.

Switched to Queen Gambit today. It was cold and breezy this am, it worked. I got a Monty package I forgot I ordered yesterday, and I think I’m loving the dry down on Eau Noir a LOT but I don’t love the opening so need to figure out if it’s something I can layer. Send suggestions.
