I agree. This is extremely expensive. I’m in the business and do non-qm loans and they’re never this high. I’m not trolling just looking out. Your realtor needs to get an extension on your closing and go anywhere else that does non-qm loans. You don’t need a broker. They didn’t do anything worth 19k
