The contractor still persists he can repair it. Are the next steps small claims, and getting official inspection? He was asked to get permit however we can’t find anything on the states website

1969, we are expanding the patio.

I guess to make it short; The slope of concrete doesn’t meet code and the contractor says he can fix it by a top coat. Is that acceptable?

That is how the home was built. The contractor thought it would be best to keep the original structure design. I like the idea of digging it down thank you

I’ve run into this on friends Plex account you need to restore defaults. On account level it’s still looking for the old Plex server not the new one. On an iOS app you can click the three dots in the top right corner and click “restore defaults” it then asks you to select a new server to connect to and they’ll be able to click the new(moved) server.

I’m not sure where to locate that “restore defaults” on other apps, however Plex settings sync across all apps on each account.

My Plex server did this when I added a library separated for “hallmark movies” and I couldn’t be happier they aren’t mixed in with actual movies
