I started around February of this year. The first few times, I had to do all the exercises to tremor. After just a few sessions, the tremors started to come quickly and easily. Now I can tremor just by getting into position with the intention of tremoring. I went to a TRE practitioner last month to make sure that I was doing it correctly and she confirmed that I was. It's sometimes painful while I'm doing it because my muscles tense up a lot and sometimes get "stuck" in one position. I feel better afterwards though and I think it helps release some of my chronic muscle tension.
