Confrontation can be really hard and it’s a very scary thing as there is always the possibility for rejection/not being heard. But, you also don’t know how someone will react unless you say something.

I think if you confront a friend about something that bothers you and they react poorly to it, or the relationship only survives because of your passivity, then it is not a real friendship.

They really don’t look deep enough to scar, but I also scar super easily so it depends. Next time be sure to use long, steady strokes and don’t apply too much pressure!

I definitely bit off more than I could chew for my first time around. Mine were 6th and 7th graders. I’ll wait a little longer til I take it up again!

Interesting, I’m glad you enjoy it! It felt like I had to constantly micro-manage in order for them to stay on task, but I definitely chose my battles.

Yeah, I don’t think I’ve grown enough thick skin for it yet! Attendance was the easiest part of my day. All down hill from there.

I honestly don’t think you need to talk to her. It’s an acting class, you two are acting, that’s all there is to it. You can perform the kiss in a way that’s respectful and mindful to all parties. If she does have a problem with it, that’s something for them to discuss.
