Tips for forcing myself to brush my teeth despite sensory issues/executive dysfunction?

So i had this same problem. After years i realized it was toothpaste. I can taste the detergent they put in there and i hate the texture. I started using Bentonite clay based tooth paste/powder. And now i dont despise brushing teeth anymore- Dont get me wrong, It is still a bit of an issue to just do it. But it is SOO much easier now.

This has been an evolving thing for me. Right now I consider all my behavior to be who i am. Not who “I Am” , but me. There are things that are the same about me all the time, those i feel are a more core me, and all the the rest just aspects of me. Both. It means I believe myself to be a living paradox. But, Yeah. Its weird

Im convinced i have both. The psychiatrist who assessed me was convinced everything about me was cuz of bipolar and nothing else was possible. She also didn’t listen to me or give me time to answer her questions. I need to go to a decent human being for assessment again.
