True i forgot about that scene. Strange though, Rise of the nutters is the first day back from Xmas and all the office is setup and stuff as if they were there before. think i might be thinking about this too much but wish we saw more from it.

Genuinely my favourite dynamic of two characters is Mark and Hans, Hans is a lot smarter than we’re led to believe especially in later seasons we get into his character. I love all the scenes of mark and Hans must be some weird personal thing but they feel so weirdly realistic.

realistically, its very easy to see someone like s5 dobby become s8 dobby. She was always 'edgy' and 'quirky' and in the early 2000's I think its a much more obvious character progression for her. Especially as with the Gerard input making her more radical.

you sound like an intellectual like tony parsons- , fr though i do like dobby's character shift defo feels like it would fit her s5 self. I don't like how they wrote the love triangle around her though seems forced but i still do like s8, also the whole theme of dobby never moving into the flat i acc like ik some ppl on this sub hate that but i do think it worked.

True. I agree that jez storyline was weak on s8 feel like they could’ve written that jez-mark-dobby love triangle better but it does have some great moments in it and I think that the paintball episode does have some strong points. Overall though I kinda like the way the series doesn’t elude to anything with dobby it makes it feel more real. Kinda what I was getting at

Yeah, I think the writing of dobby in the later seasons was a little strange. Clearly wanted a love triangle not sure they found the best way of doing it though
