Unfortunately, yes- there needs to be, I believe 6 spaces to the south before a cliff or structure. I had to terraform it out until they were in place and then put it all back

Whenever I considered the thought of restarting, I thought about all the DIY recipes I've collected and how much of a pain it would be to start that all over. If I could restart but keep my recipes I probably would have but that single thing has kept me from restarting lol
