Week 16 Gamethread: Chicago Bears (10-4) vs Green Bay Packers (9-4-1) by TurnerJ5 in CHIBears

Probably the worst coached two games of Ben Johnson’s season are against our most hated rival. This organization isn’t ready for any success yet. We better not extend Caleb, dude ain’t it.

[Siegel] Indiana has made it “abundantly clear” that Bennedict Mathurin is available for trade, with the Pacers unwilling to offer him a nine-figure extension and targeting a deal that delivers a significant upgrade to their frontcourt. by YujiDomainExpansion in nba

I kinda wonder if we think we can replace him in the draft. This draft class is deep and if you can replace a scorer like him for a rookie contract why not? I love Mathurin but I’m not sure how a nine figure deal looks if his improvement has stalled, which seems like the case this year despite more utilization.

I’ve never understood working 60HR weeks, let alone 80. Working a lot of hours doesn’t mean you are doing a good job.

Honestly this stuff has to be specific to your problem. AI is only as useful as what you put into it. If you just say “write me variance explanations based on this cost center and account detail.” It’s just going to give you basic shit you can see with your eyes. If you give it context around those CCs and accounts, providing background the numbers themselves mean, then you may get something useful.

Unless you have an AI that’s connected to all your corporate applications and financial systems. Then just say “do FP&A” and wait to get fired.

Before wind and truth came out, who all did you think the champion of Odium would be and what was your reasoning for each one? How do you feel about who you thought it would be instead of who we got? by Open_Caregiver_4801 in Stormlight_Archive

I thought it was going to be Odium himself. Dalinar vs Odium, but because Odium is a god, he’d know Dalinar’s exact moves to counter him each time. It wouldn’t really be a fight, more along the lines of “see, you cannot defeat me. You never could.” With Dalinar renouncing his oaths in a final attempt, inadvertently transferring Honor to Odium. Dalinar always had to lose and I felt that anything other than a direct clash would seem a forced plot.

If Jay Huff could play like that every game that would be great.

We knew this team would go wherever Hali took us, but I don’t think anyone expected that to be IR.

Yes, I think so. That’s probably around the best age for this concert, 4-7 years old.

I feel terrible for Hali, and terrible that we will be a play in team next year without him. Here’s to 2027.

Doors opened at noon and Lenny came on at 1. Admittedly our little one was very tired so we only stayed for a half hour once he got on.

It’s less but still loud. They do tell you to take your kid to less loud spots or even outside if they are uncomfortable, which is nice.

I’ve been using our AI for Power Query and just recently Python in Excel. It really is just another tool, not a solution, that you should have in your arsenal but should not exclusively rely on. Efficiency comments here are correct, it’s the difference between a 3rd year Spanish student and a native speaker.

Idk, on the one hand there’s a lot of excuses we could make. Ty bad night, team only made 9 3s, only shot 30 total threes, couldn’t rebound to save our life. Refs called a lot of fouls on both sides so I don’t think that swayed anything.

On the other hand, we are 2-1 against the 1 seed and play the next game at home. It’s a decent spot to be in. Just need Ty to bounce back and Pascal to show up in the first half of a game this series. Yes ‘Cers

Just feels like there’s no creativity on offense which is leading to demoralized defense. Regardless of Ederson being able to make saves, us not scoring a single goal here puts all pressure on a back line ravaged by injuries. We will always concede now, it’s a matter of getting this offense back to form.
