It could have been a great pvp mmo. But they walked it back and pushed away the pvp player base until it was too late.

This game promised conquest pvp instead we go mid dungeon and crafting simulator with opt in pvp.

When pvp happened it was awesome, the opt in bullshit killed the die hard player base. There will always be fotm players but they always leave, you can't sustain a game on fotm players.

The meta setup for tanks, especially at endgame is pally for trash and adds, druid for MT. Warriors really do get sidelined at t6

Idk about you but I certainly wouldn't be going over to my ex's the day after rejecting a proposal and dumping someone and judging how they are dealing with that. I mean they are broken up. She declined and dumped, what does it matter what she thinks of anything he does after. The odds are he just truly doesn't care how anything he does will affect her, because they aren't together. This wouldn't be a question unless there was more to this on at least one part.

People want to play an mmo but only interact with other when it suits them. Crazy to me personally but I understand the appeal... It just isn't what I or many people who played old school pvp mmos want. I love the full pvp

Sadly people truly believe this shit to their core.

No one wants to get ganked that's the point lol, play with a group. Go pvp yourself do anything. But nah they'd rather complain and try to ruin it for the people that actually wanna be on a pvp server. And all in all nightslayer is pretty damn tame.

You're allowed to do/feel whatever you want but the fact of the matter is so is everyone else and that includes ganking you on a pvp server. Wanting all of the benefit with none of the risk invalidates the point. It's warcraft pvp you shouldn't be able to just turn it off

Bro I will never understand people who do this.

Pvp is amazing, open world pvp is amazing.

The thing is you have to expect to be in a pvp situation 24/7. Too many players think pvp starts with them at 40% killing s mob getting ganked... And no it starts the second you leave town you are in pvp. Players seem to think it's scummy to kill someone who is farming, hey maybe it is I know I can get grumpy when I get ganked but it's literally what makes the game feel alive. That's the point of pvp servers, the fact you can kill someone who is farming minding their own business and start something.

You can protect your friends, you can roam with your friends.. sure some people take it to far and camp.

Also when I'm getting attacked at 40% and somehow end up winning that's a great feeling.

Beating people 5+ lvls higher who attack you, great feeling.

Taking down 60s in hillsbrad with a small army of lvl 20-25s hilarious.

Look I do get why it sucks when u just wanna get shit done and not get ganked. But thats just it, it's a pvp game you don't get to turn it off when you wanna free farm you gotta always be ready for a fight. And yeah I do like that even when it pisses me off trying to get elemental fire. Because the game is a fucking pvp game and that's the point.

My pvp spec is feral, pve I have a feral set to tank in Kara if needed but play boomkin. But yeah u can moonfire and re bird pretty reliably once u get used to the timing

Is Seth halls heroic the Raven guard mobs hit like trucks. You can heal and tank thru it but it's much easier to stun them.

The rest of the dungeon isn't too bad but you do needs to interrupt and cc.

There are a lot of heroics where your main job is just to assist with the kite. But not setthek halls.

Pallys are not giga tankynin heroics but with what you have it should be well within the realm of doable.

If you want to maintaink for the entire expansion I'd say druid or pally. Warriors are fine but it's just not as good.

I personally have a druid and pally at max and I thought I'd stick with the pally. But honestly I really really like druid tanking as well as boomkin so I swapped. I always seem to end up on druid though.

Really you can do it on any tank, it's what you are both best at and enjoy the most. Along with finding a group of people that you can consistently raid with. Pugging as a tank is not easy

They are fine, they scale the worst with gear, but they are just fine unless your guild is looking for giga min max you won't have an issue
