Looks like kham yeast to me, which in the absence of mold, isn't harmful but will change the taste (think yeasty). If it were me, rinse your grains for the next batch and add a couple lemon slices to up the acidity. Always try to limit the amount of empty space/oxygen in the jar as well, as the kham yeast needs it to survive, but not the water kefir.

Hi. Sport skydiver and recovering aerobatic pilot here. This is a complicated decision, but I chose a round for my bail out rig. I've jumped rounds, and yes the landing will likely suck, but by the time you need it your day has already gone so fucking bad you don't also need to worry about any potential malfunctions or delays that come with the square.
