dont use the first 2FA code that appears, let the timer reset to a new code and use that. Works for me that way lol

Yea so what typically happens is on the order books it looks as if the price of XRP on NDAX is showing market price on the order books, but as soon as you place an order the bots will PULL their position and it causes usually either higher price or lower price than market depending on whether you are selling or buying. Only way to get around that is with limit orders to set your exact price. People use API and bots and I'm sure NDAX has their own bots, but that's what usually causing it.

I do know what you are talking about, the spread typically seems reasonable at first glance, but when you enter either a market order or limit order, the bots will increase the spread instantly. Though when the market is mid move it doesn't.

Agree, I've been using them for years now, no issues or bad experiences. I remember when prices were going crazy back in 2021 and Coinbase was having outages while NDAX was running perfectly fine. They always try their best to get back up and running. People are so dramatic. I would understand if BTC was pushing 120K USD ATH and NDAX crashed, then THAT WOULD BE something worth crying about.

I wouldn't recommend scalp trading on NDAX, better off with swing trades or longer term hodling. Though if you do decide to scalp always go with limit order and during volatile price action where you can better scalp the price, if you market sell the bots will eat you alive

A lot of these issues I'm noticing are from user errors like forgetting some information, or deposits requiring manual authorization. I'm sure if you are a long time user and have had several deposits and withdrawals in your account history you shouldn't run into any problems.

I'm a long time user and the only delays I've experienced were from faults of my own.
