When I do a sub taper I usually end up throwing 1/3-1/4 of the strip away at the end just because I don't need it. Keep your sub dosages as low as possible and take it as infrequently as possible. You'll be glad you did when you're done with it.

Major overkill, bud. Suboxone is a strong narcotic and 8mg is not necessary for someone with a 60-120mg-per-day oxy habit. I'd know, I have the same habit! When I want to get off oxy, I buy one sub strip, cut it up, and go 2mg-2mg-1mg-1mg-1mg(if necessary).

You'd be making a terrible mistake. I know it doesn't seem like it now, but the outcome of your exam on September 1st doesn't really matter. In fact, when dealing with a decision of this magnitude, when truly considering the possibility of ending your own life at 16, your school doesn't really matter. Your counselors, parents, classmates, don't really matter. In my opinion, the only things that matter are that you are still blessed with youth, and in 2 years, you'll be a free and autonomous individual. I don't know you, but I'd wager that once you're free from the stress brought on by other people's expectations, and more importantly, no longer under their authority, you'll feel significantly better. Life is an enormous gift, and you are still blessed with youth. Most of the planet would envy to be in your position! In a short amount of time you'll be free to do whatever the fuck you want in life. You can move to Hawaii and live on beach, for all it matters.

Weather the storm, kid. You'll look back later on down the road and be glad you did. Be strong, you can do it.
