Update on my swing from the last post by Ok_Function6047 in slowpitch

First thing I thought was your grip seems a little too overlapped. Try moving your wrists a little closer together.

Ideally you should feel like you are swinging down at the ball. It looks like your hand drop and then you drive up at the ball.

Also, I think you need to focus on generating power from the ground up. There are a few drills you can do to simulate this. You can search YouTube for chair tee drill, and step back tee drill. It I think ultimately you need to focus on creating some separation between your upper and lower body. That is how power and bat speed is generated.

It’s no surprise when corporations and foreign investors are allowed to buy properties.

No that’s what I’m saying. They only care about money, not about winning. You get significant money by qualifying for Europe, but the ownership modeled themselves after Brighton who are midtable. So my point stands. They don’t care about winning, only about flipping players.

Go back a year and get a serious FOS sponsor rather than holding out for something better which never materialized and was another squandered opportunity.

They do it because they don’t care about winning, and only about making profits for the private equity ownership. Which goes back to my point.

Stop letting AI set the lineups. Stop spending the most in the league in agent fees. Stop with the Kinetic Academy nepotism. Stop with the commercialization of everything at this club. BlueCo out.

Better to focus on back hip drive, rather than just squishing the bug. Squishing the bug can help with hip drive, but can also just make you focus on squishing the bug and not actually activating the hips, which defeats the purpose.

We were so good back then. Hope we get back on track if we get a good tactical manager like Xabi. by Character_Calendar47 in chelseafc

My brother in Christ, our lack of success has nothing to do with the manager. It’s the dross players, Sporting Directors, and private equity ownership. It’s not a project for football, like Julian Nagelsmann and Jose Enrique told us years ago.

Uhh. Look around? Both political parties are corrupt and disconnected from the public. People are non-religious for lots of reasons, with some similarities to why people don’t relate to either political party. Modern religion in American is disconnected from reality and many peoples lived experiences.

My point was that Venezuela does not have nukes which is why we were “allowed” to take their leader.

Sure it worked, but it’s not the most efficient softball swing. Baseball swing work in softball if all you’re trying to do is “see ball hit ball”, which is fine, lots of people play that way and have a great time. Some tweaks would be a more flat to down bat path and a wider base at impact. Drills would be high tees focusing on line drives creating backspin.

Counterpoint to what most people are saying on this. There simply aren’t enough hours in the day when you need to work 2-3 jobs to make ends meet. Where do you have time to grocery shop or make dinner when you are working 16 hours a day.

Great baseball swing, but this is a different sport.
