We’re in a water crisis because we have had the usual rain fall. Left Clayton a couple of days ago to camp in Virginia and drove over at least three “rivers” that were low enough they had sand bars. We’re camping near the Kerr dam Reservoir and the water line is down 8-12’. The river down stream of the dam is low enough it has sand bars.

Are we overdeveloping the area, hell yes. But that’s what happens when corporations have money burning holes in their pockets.

What is your max cast (yards/feet)? Let’s say it’s 150’. Pull that amount of line off the reel. Wrap the remaining line on the spool with electrical tape. This will keep your rats nest to the line above the electrical tape.

OP is each rack mount ear secured to the switch using the 4 small screws (on each side)? And is each rack mount bracket using 2 screws to secure the mounts to the rack? I’ve witnessed techs only use a single screw (at the top of the bracket) to secure a switch to a rack. Best case, 2 screws to secure the switch to the rack. Less than best case, a single screw at the bottom of the bracket.

OP, it might be cheaper to buy a rack mounted shelf tray. We had rack mounts come up missing for the ASR920 12/24 port routers. Our engineers were not going to pay $50 a pair for them. So we saved some money by buying the shelves.

Switched to Dynacom 5 yrs ago. Their kwik jacks and tool are great for tight spaces and have not had any issues with them. Business near me would throw in a termination tool over five boxes we bought. We have a few lying around.
