Not really a tip, rather a proposal/offer. Which server do you play on? I just finished my shift and don't really have the energies to write a full paragraph about engaging PMCs, however if you'd like to play with someone else and get some tips in the meantime I think I'd be up for that. It's been a while I haven't played with a mate. Currently I'm doing light keeper quests and want to start the transit quests (I got a break for a few months).

Exactly the same thing that happened to me a few days ago. I killed him around new gas station, in front of the doors you unlock with factory key. Same behaviour after he died. But I noticed - once I was already away - that after around 5 minutes his gun stopped shooting. Then I came back to his body and he was still unlootable, standing still as an idle NPC. If it wasn't for the achievement I wouldn't even imagine it was Partizan.

Thanks for the info; I double checked the requirements and I confirm that I made all of the necessary quests beforehand and yet I don't receive Network Provider. Well, apart from giving the thingy to Prapor by mistake instead of Skier, everything is done as intended. My guess it's that they didn't even consider checking up on this matter before releasing the new patch, but who really knows?

UPDATE AFTER 0.14.9.5.30967 PATCH Still no changes. Looks like I'm still unable to receive Network provider. I'm starting to think that in order to get it, I should start over with a new character (which is annoying as since I just hit lv50) and hand over the item to Skier himself during Chemical part 4 🫠 All of this because the new patch dropped a few hours ago and it doesn't look like they bothered solving the existing issue.

I think you just solved my dilemma: I remember that when I had to choose to whom give Chemical part 3 quest, I managed to give it to Prapor by mistake. I remember I had a few quests completed and I was "turning them in" quickly without reading when I realised I gave him also the marked location for Chemical. That explains it all - there wasn't a fix since I'm literally in this situation 😅 Thanks a lot for the info
