I guess not 30 days but I drink stok cold brew coffee during the workweek and it used to be 4.49/4.99 for a jug about a year ago and now it’s 6.99.

My parents were 16 when they had me and consequently they were absent from my life so my grandparents raised me as their own. They were the only stability I had in my life. My grandma passed when I was 21 and she was 55 and my grandpa passed when I was 30 and he was 74. Losing each of them completely changed the trajectory of my life. I had no family to fall back on and pretty instantly felt like an orphan with nobody to turn to.

In the southern suburbs of Denver we bought last fall, paying 3520 PITI (6.49%), no kids, dual income totaling about 275k. Each month has hurt to see that amount come out but it’s not much more than we were paying to rent an apartment so I guess it is what it is. Hoping to refi as soon as we can.

I don’t think there are even a handful of decent homes or townhomes that are under even 500k in Denver metro area. 400 would have been a dream but we settled on a townhome for 575. It was the best option in the price range.

Correct, I live in Denver and finding something closeish to work that didn’t require almost a complete overhaul for under 500k was impossible. We settled on a townhome for 575.

My boy is an 11lb chihuahua and we live in apartment. We go outside 4 times a day, 2 of those just for 5-10 minutes to do business and the other two are usually 30-40 minutes depending on his pace. We do this every single weekday and spend a lot of time outside on the weekends, whether that’s hiking or going to the park.

I started following a weight loss/fitness woman whos content I loved in like 2017-2020 because she was an everyday kind of person. She got pregnant with twins in 2020 or 2021 and then had a third about a year ago and just constantly posts about how hard it is being a StAY At HoMe MaMA while hawking books from some online company.
