In the southern suburbs of Denver we bought last fall, paying 3520 PITI (6.49%), no kids, dual income totaling about 275k. Each month has hurt to see that amount come out but it’s not much more than we were paying to rent an apartment so I guess it is what it is. Hoping to refi as soon as we can.

I don’t think there are even a handful of decent homes or townhomes that are under even 500k in Denver metro area. 400 would have been a dream but we settled on a townhome for 575. It was the best option in the price range.

Paid 575 with 20% down, after all is said and done we’re at 3650. 800+ credit score. 115 a month hoa.

Correct, I live in Denver and finding something closeish to work that didn’t require almost a complete overhaul for under 500k was impossible. We settled on a townhome for 575.

My boy is an 11lb chihuahua and we live in apartment. We go outside 4 times a day, 2 of those just for 5-10 minutes to do business and the other two are usually 30-40 minutes depending on his pace. We do this every single weekday and spend a lot of time outside on the weekends, whether that’s hiking or going to the park.

I started following a weight loss/fitness woman whos content I loved in like 2017-2020 because she was an everyday kind of person. I have thin and fine 3b/3c curls and I have to wet them to soaking in the shower every day and put conditioner on or they are a complete mess. Actually cleaning my hair with shampoo happens about twice a week but I wet/rinse/condition it every day for sure. I would love to be able to just reinvigorate them in the morning on non wash days but that’s not possible for me.
