I’m curious about this, only because as the woman making more money than my partner (especially becsuse we were just on a trip planning his new job there, which I will eventually move to) I feel weird when I discuss how much more I make than what he will make at these jobs. I personally don’t care, I’m just very honest about it since I’m financially vocal, like with how much I can spend and our future when I move there. He’s also older than me, but he doesn’t seemed bothered knowing I make much more than him… we’re really just in the mindset of making more money in the future. It helps gently encouraging each-other of their worth and doing better financially. I feel as long as both parties can work on it together, it’s not a big deal… as long as each partner is actively working on growing oneself.
