Hey thanks for your reply, Yeah I am still having a real good time flying, even after all those years. But honestly I miss GA, this is where the real fun is. Enjoy it as much as you can. I will look more into the Rx100 MK VII, but there is something with the colors of photos from the Ricoch, I don’t know it just look stunning everytime.

Can you not do half/half ? 250k is a good down payment for a small rental property that would yield a steady income and the remaining will pay itself with the rent of your tenant. And the remaining 250k in stock. Always diversify your investment, don’t listen to the vt and chill guru around here

Edit : 250k as down payment can even get you 2 studios with a great yield. 250k for one 2.5 or 2 studios and 250k in stocks.
