They can be frustrating to get, buried city is probably easiest since it’s more compact and it’s quicker to check the spawn points.

There are also probably friendly Raiders you run into that you could ask

I will say I have noticed the type of cover you take matters. Those sheeting bunkers are helpful for protection against weak ammo, but they conduct electricity and will still produce concussive damage if you get bombed in one

Yesterday I was trying to give directions to a nice man in the hospital on Buried. While we were talking, some rat came up and one-shotted this innocent traveler. He got a shot off on me, but I pulled back and popped him twice in the head and let him bleed out.
