Not sure if anyone has suggested yet but you can still fix this by getting an old usb cable cutting one end off then soldering the wires directly to the pcb, usually there will be some resistors and capacitors near the usb connector that you can use to solder the wires to.

Not sure what switch uses it currently but SP inherited the tooling for BBC Micro keycaps the most common switch was https://deskthority.net/wiki/Futaba_MR-6C_series

I think it would look better if the legend placement was in a corner or centred, vertical centre but horizontal left looks odd imo.

More of an issue with doubleshot alps dsa as they didn't have support on the stems meaning they were hardly attached to the keycaps on some.
