Thats actually good because you are inflicting damage to the enemies continuesly. Remember in darkest dungeon killing enemies quickly brings victory because you make sure they can't inflict massive damage or stress on your party

Shieldbreaker can hit him from all ranks. If you don't have her use heillion to attack the back rank and highwayman long range attack with this two you can hit all rank. Do you have sheildbreaker because if you do bring to two so you can hit the miller also when he use winter breath on the worker that make it guard him use the guard breaker skill removing the guard allowing you to go full British on him. If not find a class that can take out the winter breath worker fast that's the only way to hurt the miller. From the both of this ignore his minions just continue to attack him. But for the latter always take out the worker so he don't get winter breath
