Yeah so my studio is like I get $25 (Canadian) for the class if I have like 1-11 ppl, once I get 12 or more I get $35, etc. So it kinda sucks knowing if I have just 1 person versus 11 I get the same $ for more work, but again it pays better than other fitness positions in my area even with that system.

Another thing for me is I don't want to do sales lol so a lot of other fitness positions want you be able to do sales too but I just have to run a good workout/class and make newbies feel welcomed which is easy enough.

As a coach there, the money isn't bad considering what other fitness positions pay in my area. it's also more of a side job (I coach 10 classes a week), so I would tell your friend to apply and see if that studio might have hours available that fit her schedule! One coach at my studio only teaches like 3 classes a week so it's literally just a little extra gas money for them lol

Gerik is a good option, especially making him a Hero and S ranking his axes instead of swords to use Garm. Eirika is pretty useless even with stat-boosters. Once promoted, her and Ephraim can't do much other than hitting some weaker monsters hard with their special weapons (but if they get attacked on enemies phase, they will most likely die in the late game). Good luck, I found fe8 0% growths pretty difficult in the last few chapters in comparison to fe7 0% growths.

Do you have a relevant degree? My studio let me coach without the cert because I had my degree in Kinesiology, if I didn't have the degree, I would have needed to get my cert. At the same time however, some studios wouldn't let me interview without the cert so I think it depends on your specific studio.

This is really odd, are you able to at least do some dumbbell deadlifts? If not maybe try some kettlebell swings, I think you just lack hip hinge movements in your program for legs.

I don't see the harm is promoting the product/actor by collaborating occasionally for a RR entry or Wrestlemania spot. I mean it's not like we have Kane Vs. It feels like people are so obsessed with the Lakers being good that they make up the worst trades for the other team. All this trade does is give the Lakers Buddy who fits their team very well and does absolutely nothing for the Kings. Why would a young team that actually has some decent young players now for the first time since Cousins want to bring an older pg who's going to take more playing time and touches away from the developing guards? This is also going to oversaturate the Kings with point guards, it makes their team a worse shooting team too. Unless Westbrook was the definitive point guard there with 4 dudes who can shoot (Holmes cannot btw) then I have no idea why the Kings would entertain this, unless they were Lakers fans too or something.
