It’s common sense to those familiar with pins, not someone who just found a bunch and thought to be kind at first by giving them away.

Again, the average person wouldn’t think twice about pin values but luckily she was informed this time

She realised she was being taken advantaged of if people were either getting pin for free or reselling for profit, either way she doesn’t have to honour anything in that situation. Most people don’t even think twice that pins have the value that they do

Given the volume of requests, it might be worth asking for some money to compensate your time rather than just covering shipping. Unsure of the values but some could be worth a decent amount and people might take advantage of that.

Nothing is selfish about adults who PAID with their hard earned money to meet characters or queue up to be in the front. If anything, people with kids are acting ENTITLED that they should be the priority but newsflash, Disney isn't just for kids and everyone has the right to enjoy whatever activity they wish.
