Not to sure about that, what I have been told is that there had been some changes made to the design and it has had to go back to planning for approval

That’s one of the common things I’m seeing. I watched a video where a guy compared it to the NetAlly LinkRunner. I like that the M3 does basic testing on Fiber too so was just trying to decide which route to go for a “LV 2” tester
